Dining Room Attendants will assist servers and supervisors in providing world class food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently maintaining FORBES Four (4) Star Standards. Responsibilities include: water service during all meals, bread and butter service, assist in delivering food and describing menu items & wine, resets tables to standards, stock and maintain all items needed for resets during work shift. The Dining Room Attendant (DRA) will also assist in the maintenance of the dining room, side stations, kitchen service areas, dish breakdown area and service equipment for cleanliness. ($17 - $23/hour or more based on business volume and including tips (minimum of $16.32/hr). Schedule can vary, but is generally: 3:30pm-11:30pm. Weekend availability required
