We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Dining Room Attendant to join our Swampers Bar & Grille team. Swampers is a fun and lively destination that pays tribute to the area’s musical heritage, featuring fantastic food and drinks, live music, and amazing guests!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a positive first impression.
- Handle dining reservations efficiently, providing guests with accurate and timely information regarding availability and wait times.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in other positions, such as food runner or dining room attendant, as needed to support the team and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Serve guests attentively, ensuring their needs are met promptly and their preferences are respected throughout their dining experience.
