About The Position

The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role involves completing closing duties, setting up work areas, and adhering to safety and quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
