The Dining Room Assistant Manager at Paradise Inn is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the dining room operations in a busy restaurant that serves three meals a day to 200 guests. The role involves spending the majority of the workday on the dining room floor to supervise operations, maintain high standards of guest service, sanitation, cleanliness, product presentation, and cost control. The Assistant Manager will also supervise dining room staff, respond to food and guest issues, and report directly to the Dining Room Manager.
