About The Position
Located in Brunswick, Maine, Bowdoin College boasts a student population of almost 2000. Our Dining Services Department makes everything from scratch and are consistently rated in the top 10 for college dining! We have our own butcher shop, bakeshop, and organic garden that all supply food to our two dining halls and three retail locations. The Dining Operations Lead supports daily dining operations at Smith Union, with a primary focus on Jack Magee's Grill. This role includes taking and processing customer orders, preparing food, operating point-of-sale systems, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked service environment. The position also provides occasional support to other retail operations, including the Bowdoin Express Convenience Store and The Café.
