Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greets guest and ensures a pleaseant dining experience
- Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and people-focused environment
- Be the primary point of contact for our dine-in guest, showcasing dedication and understanding
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Serve guest by providing comprehensive service and product information
- Resolve service and product issues promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant restaurant experience
- Utilize organizational and communication skills to build trust and rapport with guest
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, dining area and restrooms
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Provide solutions to customer complaints in line with company policies
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
