Requirements

Responsibilities

• Start your shift by setting up your register and making sure your area is clean, stocked, and ready to go.
• Greet service members and guests with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Scan ID cards or meal passes and process payments when needed.
• Keep your station tidy and restock items like napkins, trays, and utensils.
• Answer questions or help guests find what they need.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to keep things running smoothly.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and entryways throughout your shift.
• Take out trash, sweep and mop floors, and ensure all public spaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to your supervisor.
• Help count your drawer and clean up your area before clocking out.
