Clean kitchen equipment, such as exhaust hoods and ice machines, per the scheduled requirements. Maintain cleanliness in serving and dining areas by promptly addressing spills and restocking condiment dispensers. Empty trash bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal and maintaining sanitized trash receptacles. Monitor and clean floors continuously, ensuring they are free of spills, debris, and visible dirt.
