About The Position

The Digital Media Specialist plays an important role in developing and enhancing the online media presence of our business units. This role is responsible for strategy, execution, and daily management of our portfolio of social platforms and other networks. This includes engaging and growing our followers, influencers, customers, and media to continue building our brand presence. This individual continuously tests new ideas through the development and promotion of interactive and engaging content; developing content, copy and strategy is essential for this role. Additionally, the Digital Media Specialist serves as a brand ambassador for the internal organization by interacting with and forming relationships with our customers and partners in regard to our internal channels, industry-focused groups, and forums. As a member of the Marketing Communications Team, this role works closely with the VP of Communication and collaborates with the entire Marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring alignment with brand messaging, service strategies, audience interests, and platform-specific best practices to maximize awareness, engagement, and reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital/Social Media, or applicable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team and independently.
  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Experience with social media monitoring and scheduling tools.
  • Fluency in English required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge of design, architecture, engineering, construction, or other related professional services industry.
  • Experience with Monday.com or equivalent project management software.
  • Video editing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Manager of Marketing on the creation of social media content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Responsible for the social media marketing content calendar. Schedules and manages social media content utilizing scheduling and planning tool(s).
  • Develops content and creates clear calls-to-action that facilitates engagements for both organic and paid campaigns across all product line segments.
  • Crafts compelling post and ad copy that aligns with the company's marketing campaigns, voice, objectives, and target audiences.
  • Research social media trends and analyze metrics to optimize the social media post creation process.
  • Produces compelling social media video content by repurposing existing footage.
  • Develops, implements, and manages paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Coordinates the company's Google Business Profiles.
  • Oversees social customer service for brand pages, and company-owned Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn pages.
  • Prepares detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports around competitive intel, organic and paid ad KPIs, key campaigns, customer service, and other relevant analytics.
  • Support the development of strategies to grow social media channels, followers, and engagement.
