Digital Workplace Service Delivery leader accountable for driving the successful execution of the Digital Workplace transformation initiatives through strategic vendor partnerships, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. This role ensures the delivery of high-impact programs by establishing scalable service delivery frameworks, enforcing vendor accountability through SLA governance, and embedding a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. By fostering enterprise-wide collaboration and championing employee engagement, the Service Delivery Lead will work closely with the Head of Digital Workplace to accelerate digital adoption, enhances workforce productivity, and build resilient, purpose-driven teams aligned with the bank's long-term strategic objectives.
