About The Position

The Assistant, Digital Visual Merchandising is responsible ensuring a best in class product browsing experience that reflects brand vision while delivering customer engagement and financial goals. This customer-centric leader will collaborate with the merchandising operations, email & performance marketing, web ops, customer experience, creative and buying teams to make the website a beautiful, engaging and relevant reflection of the brand.

Requirements

  • Preferable experience E-Commerce or Visual Merchandising.
  • Elevated aesthetic and taste-level with ability to communicate creative direction visually.
  • Strategic team player with sharp analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, performance and results driven.
  • Experience using digital analytics and KPIs to drive the business.
  • Demonstrated success in selling and promoting product in online marketplaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of consumer behavior, trends and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Kids & Baby online sales and maximize profit by managing the merchandising strategy for all curated grids.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Kids & Baby brands, product, and editorial content.
  • Populate the curated grids through an editorial lens, but with a grounding in marketing, merchant and business priorities.
  • Provide thorough and timely QA for curated grids that match back to site content updates.
  • Build in partnership with the site operations team business rules for browsing that meets aesthetic as well as business tenets.
  • Optimize product sell-through using best-in-class site merchandising tactics to drive revenue and conversion growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and developing Ecommerce merchandising trends, research and analyze competitive landscape.
  • High degree of thoughtful and analytics-based recommendations and executions for the complete digital customer experience.
  • Optimize cross-channel efforts and communication streams.
  • Manage all Kids & Baby ‘new to sale' grids along with all curated grids associated with site wide and email only offer promotions.
  • Partner with the organic social team to streamline processes and align on flight schedules for all Kids & Baby social shops on Instagram.
  • Help in driving the kids & baby social shop strategy by utilizing metrics and RLE site strategies.
