About The Position

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will help organizations digitally transform their operations to achieve mission goals. You will implement improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements, workflow automations, and data-driven design. Your expertise in low-code development and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in designing impactful solutions to support digital transformation goals and enhance organizational productivity. You will work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team alongside project managers to capture business requirements, define solution architectures, and translate them into scalable, low-code applications using Power Platform. You will also manage security and access within specific Power Platform environments, ensuring that solutions are built and deployed with the appropriate permissions and controls in place. Your role will involve creating and deploying custom digital solutions with Microsoft Power Platform for a U.S. government client in their Microsoft 365 environment, gathering functional requirements from government stakeholders, and developing applications that meet the organization's business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions tailored towards business processes improvement.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, managing, and exporting Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages, including Power Fx.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing Power Automate Flows for process automation.
  • 1+ years of experience with JSON.
  • 1+ years of experience with the Agile development process.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform architectural design principles, administration, and governance.
  • Ability to create solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience supporting business process analysis.
  • Experience with Data and Dataverse entity modeling and creation.
  • Experience with dataflows for data modeling, creation, and ingestion.
  • Experience with SharePoint M365 development and migration.
  • Experience with task tracking software such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience working with the DoD.
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  • Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
  • Microsoft M365 Administration Certification.
