About The Position

As a digital transformation professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective project and change management is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your experience and Navy knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll be trusted to lead cross-functional teams and partner with program stakeholders to drive alignment between mission objectives and enterprise solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and to Navy standards by managing development and delivery of low-code/no-code software applications. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed. You’ll provide regular program status reports, briefs, and documentation to program leadership, drive stakeholder engagement, and facilitate communication across functional and technical teams. You’ll also identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing IT or low-code/no-code development projects in a Navy or DoD environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with the Agile development process.
  • Ability to create solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning.
  • Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with task tracking software such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience with SharePoint M365 development and migration.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps canvas and model-driven architectural design principles, administration, and governance.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar Program Management Certification.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
  • Microsoft M365 Administration Certification.
