Stellantis Global Parts & Services (P&S) organization is evolving beyond its traditional role as an Original Equipment (OE) business unit. We're transforming into a comprehensive 360° aftermarket leader, aiming to be the premier provider for all vehicles, brands, and customers. We'll achieve this by offering a full spectrum of products and services that meet evolving customer needs, fostering enhanced retention and long-term loyalty throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle. The Strategy & Business Transformation (SBT) team is a core part of Parts & Services, shaping the future of Parts & Services by driving strategy and delivering sales digital solutions to regions. Our main missions are to consolidate P&S strategic plan (MTP & LRP), provide market insights and support M&A initiatives, develop solutions to increase customer retention, grow repairer sales, streamline sales back-office operations, and prioritize P&S digital projects portfolio and track their execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or a related role
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, proficiency in digital tools and platforms, excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead Process Optimization: Identify and document current 'As-Is' processes across various Business Units (BU) to establish a baseline for transformation.
  • Strategic Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive benchmarks across regions and BU to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and formalize user requirements to ensure solutions meet BU needs effectively.
  • Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases that provide strategic justification for proposed digital initiatives and support informed decision-making.
  • Functional Specification: Draft detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation, serving as a blueprint for development.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with IT teams to define, validate, and ensure the feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead functional testing phases, including test strategy development, test case design, and meticulous defect tracking, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Change Management & Support: Provide comprehensive change management support, including user training, documentation, and critical post-go-live assistance, to facilitate smooth adoption.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project progress diligently, managing planning, budgeting, risk, and quality control to ensure successful execution.
  • Governance & Communication: Facilitate effective project governance through steering committees, arbitration, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Interface: Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
