About The Position

We are hiring on behalf of our client and looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of digital tools, enhancements, and processes as part of a global commercial transformation initiative across Europe and Australia/New Zealand. This position plays a key role in driving digital change, ensuring the successful rollout, strong adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions that enhance commercial team performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project and programme management.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and managing complex, multi-stream deployments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in change management.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage complexity effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of digital tools and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with the needs of regional commercial teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for regional teams on digital infrastructure and data-related matters.
• Provide regular updates to regional leadership on progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives.
• Represent regional needs within the global programme, influencing strategy with local insights.
• Plan and manage deployment activities, including tool selection, testing, rollout, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align programme objectives, manage competing priorities, and mitigate risks.
• Drive user adoption through targeted training initiatives and continuous feedback loops.
