About The Position

As a Digital Transformation & Innovation Lead at GDIT, you will be responsible for delivering tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of federal government clients. This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives that enhance technology capabilities, implementing digital transformation strategies, and fostering growth within projects. You will also create high-quality content to engage customers and ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management and software development, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of advanced IT solutions and technologies.
• Expertise in technical writing, presentation writing, and proposal development.
• Expertise in IT architecture and technology solutions in one or more technology domains, including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, or Software development.
• Broad understanding of the information technology landscape and emerging trends (e.g., quantum computing, GenAI).
• Experience successfully leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies and technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Lead the identification and prioritization of high-impact projects and opportunities for organic growth.
• Collaborate with Business Area Leadership and functional teams across GDIT to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Create and deliver high-quality content, including RFI documents, white papers, case studies, presentations, and demonstration materials.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal government customers.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Present strategic initiatives and progress updates to executive leadership, clients, and partners.
