Requirements

  • A minimum of a University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, demonstrating a track record of successful leadership.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Experience in supporting or working within supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, global programs across multiple functional areas, driving change management initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of process flow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and needs to identify areas of improvement, recommend technology solutions, and deliver actionable functional and technical requirements that meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Design and execute a multi-year digitization and digitalization roadmap—integrating IoT, edge computing, and AI/ML to enable predictive analytics, autonomous quality control, and seamless data orchestration from shop floor to the cloud.
  • Be a leading voice for 'Connected Frontline Worker' initiative—deploying AI-powered digital assistants and contextualized work execution platforms to elevate workforce productivity and decision-making.
  • Deliver measurable business value through digital lean initiatives—standardizing performance excellence, reducing cycle times, and improving yield and compliance across a multi-site network.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of data and technology solutions that integrate insights across the network for supply chain platforms and tools, including Data Product Management, Reporting and Data Governance.
  • Build a scalable digital architecture that supports self-optimizing systems, adaptive automation, and real-time analytics, ensuring agility in a highly regulated environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts such as data engineering, infrastructure, software engineering, and security to oversee the estimation, design, planning and delivery of supply chain digital solutions.
  • Follow the business architecture framework to develop key deliverables required by process that aligns functions' and value streams' capability roadmaps with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate the development of cross-functional value stream architectures, associated capability blueprints and roadmaps.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in business architecture.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning—developing a high-impact team of digital and operations leaders and embedding agile methodologies across transformation programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP, EHS, and cybersecurity standards—while embedding digital trust, data integrity, and risk mitigation into every layer of quality and EHS operations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, aligning digital investments with enterprise goals and delivering sustainable competitive advantage through technology-led transformation.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the corrective action and preventive action processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $183,175.00 - $258,600.00.
