Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Digital Training Environment Spec ialist - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina . Responsibilities: As a Digital Training Environment Specialist - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions (eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, simulations, and blended learning programs) for AISR systems and mission workflows. Apply ADDIE or other instructional design methodologies to develop structured, measurable training programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), mission system engineers, and operational personnel to translate technical content into learner-centered materials. Develop interactive courseware using industry-standard tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, LMS platforms). Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, tracking, and reporting to ensure compliance and certification requirements are met. Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions aligned with operational objectives . Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven metrics and continuous improvement processes. Ensure training materials comply with DoD standards, information security requirements, and classification guidelines. Provide on-site and virtual training support as (CONUS/OCONUS travel may be ).

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Digital Training Environment Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a BS/BA or 4 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 2 years’ experience with a PhD. or 10 years' w/o a degree or 8 years' with AS/AA degree
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is

Nice To Haves

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
