The Digital Technology Rising Leaders Program at Otis is an early career rotational development initiative designed for recent college graduates with technology-related degrees. Participants will engage in three 8-month assignments over two years, gaining experience in various areas such as Application Development, Internet of Things, Digital Global Business Solutions, Data & Analytics, and Cyber Security.
