About The Position

The Digital Technology Program Lead at RTX Corporation is responsible for leading and managing digital technology needs across various programs, primarily in Tucson, AZ. This role involves collaborating with engineering and program management to capture functional requirements, overseeing cost and performance of digital tasks, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functional areas while championing innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • Experience with Agile Project Management, Risk & Opportunity management, CAM, and performance tracking.

Nice To Haves

  • Effective communication skills with internal and external customers at strategic and tactical levels.
  • Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
  • PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification is highly desired.
  • In-depth understanding of software development, systems integration, and DevSecOps processes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and proposal/program management to capture functional requirements and manage changes in scope.
  • Oversee and monitor cost, schedules, and performance of Digital tasks, including task planning and EV reporting.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams on program/project status and influence across multiple functional areas.
  • Champion and document unique technical solutions for the broader Raytheon Digital community.
  • Participate in pre-proposal and proposal processes, providing Basis of Estimates for future business opportunities.
  • Manage daily tasking and oversight of the team responsible for software development and compliance with security regulations.
