As the Digital & Technology CRM Co-op, you will provide support for Goodwin’s Client Relationship Management Tool. The Co-op plays a key role in a number of client-facing data initiatives and will gain valuable exposure to legal marketing and client development functions including but not limited to: What you do Data analysis. Data entry, validation and remediation. End-user functional support. Create and update training materials and business process flow documentation. Create and update dashboards and reports. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics system administration and the Power Platform. Exposure to databases and system integrations.

Requirements

  • Effective and professional communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments
  • Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Excel
  • A willingness to learn new software and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience (co-op or internship) in a marketing, information technology, or in a professional services environment strongly preferred
