  • Leads enterprise technology accessibility initiatives, including strategy, prioritization, funding decisions
  • Chair and manage a cross-functional accessibility governance council and sub-councils to set policies and monitor market & lead trends
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external technology stakeholders across accessibility topics and trends
  • Lead employee usability forum to ensure accessibility feedback informs design, develop and testing
  • Leverage existing control and metrics to assess, monitor and continuously improve accessibility outcomes across the enterprise
  • Translate accessibility performance and metrics into insights for leadership and enterprise decision-making
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and strategic direction for a team of 15-25 accessibility subject-matter experts, fostering innovation
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal standards
  • Represent the enterprise externally in accessibility forums and partnerships
  • Identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies to advance accessibility capabilities across the enterprise
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in technology accessibility, including strategy, governance and financial & portfolio management
  • Proven leadership with teams of subject matter experts in technology accessibility
  • Demonstrate executive presence with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leaders
  • Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG, EAA, ADA) and regulatory requirements
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, portfolio strategy and funding prioritization management
  • Strategic thinker with a balance of risk management, innovation and business impact
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and communicate clearly with appropriate leaders
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to accessibility solutions
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on execution and outcomes
