About The Position

AECOM Hunt has a need for a Digital Technologist/BIM Specialist for our Cleveland Browns construction project. The Digital Technologist will assist in creating, managing, and coordinating intelligent 3D digital models of buildings, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP data to enhance collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle Job Description: Works under limited supervision. Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content. Support and produce on assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.). Requirements

  • BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related curriculum and 4 years of experience in BIM or Digital Technology or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in clash detection and quality control in design conflict.
  • Experience with general construction documentation, schedules and BIM reporting.
  • Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Navisworks or other BIM modeling software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of BIM processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.

Responsibilities
