As the Digital Technologies Project / Program Manager – NAC (non-artificial coloring), you will play a pivotal role in advancing our confectionery vision: delivering delicious products with no artificial coloring. In this dynamic role, you will manage complex digital projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technologies that enhance our marketing, sales, and supply chain capabilities—all while supporting Mars’s dedication to transparency, quality, and consumer trust. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Mars’ strategic objectives, including our mission to eliminate artificial coloring from our confectionery portfolio. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT project management, program management, or digital transformation roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, project management methodologies, and change management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology projects and programs that support Mars Wrigley’s vision for confectionery with no artificial coloring (NAC)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with the NAC mission
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive adoption of new digital solutions and support change management initiatives related to the removal of artificial coloring
  • Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Mars’ IT governance, security, and data privacy standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within digital project delivery, especially those advancing the NAC vision
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across teams to foster continuous improvement
