The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Technical Product Manager to lead the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products that serve LifeCo and its members. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges and enhance the end‑to-end digital shopping experience for life insurance. You will translate customer insights and business objectives into actionable technical requirements, ensuring best‑in-class user experiences that drive key performance (KPIs) and risk indicators (KRIs). A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering measurable impact on member behavior as they quote and purchase life insurance products digitally. Using Human‑Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies, you will shape and launch innovative digital shopping experiences that strengthen member engagement, trust, and conversion. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based on the San Antonio, TX; Phoenix, AZ.; Colorado Springs, CO; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Chesapeake, VA. or Tampa, FL campus. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
