In this position, you will lead the delivery of top priorities within Ford and Supply Chain, focusing on cost and quality. You will work in a rapidly growing space with the latest technology in advanced driver assistance, infotainment, advanced manufacturing, connectivity, and software development. This role offers exposure to a broad set of management skills with regular reporting to a Global Director. As a Program Management Lead on Cost and Quality, you will drive status-to-target on cost, leading the Digital Tech team week-to-week and interfacing with various hardware components. You will receive training on cost analytics tools and best practices, managing a team focused on cost drivers and future business opportunities. Additionally, you will support the development of Electrical Architectures and lead Quality metrics for the team, making you central to the company's top priority of cost reduction.
