About The Position

The position involves testing and verification of digital sub-modules and systems based on Xilinx SoC devices. The role requires lidar data collection using a complete digital system, which includes analog electronics, integrated photonics, and bulk optics. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the analysis and post-processing of the collected data, performing hands-on verification and debugging of hardware and firmware, and documenting the results to communicate effectively with technical staff.

Requirements

• M.Sc. with 3+ years of experience
• Familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs, Vivado, and SDK
• Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Familiar with embedded programming in C/C++
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, VNA, Signal Gen.) for hardware bring-up and characterization

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Xilinx SoC FPGAs, knowledge of their block design editor, IP catalog, and ILA
• Experience with signal processing for communication, radar, or lidar systems
