About The Position

The Digital Support Specialist supports the development and execution of digital content that strengthens the GreenCars brand, educates consumers, and drives organic growth. This role helps manage the content roadmap, ensures messaging remains clear and consistent, and translates EV and hybrid topics into accessible, consumer-friendly information. The specialist will collaborate across teams to support campaigns, digital tools, and multi-channel initiatives, while also optimizing content performance through SEO insights, analytics, and ongoing reporting. This role plays a key part in reinforcing GreenCars’ position as a trusted national EV education platform.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and managing digital content updates
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital performance tracking
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic reporting
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in web support, content support, or a related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email/digital marketing tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the GreenCars content roadmap to ensure content stays accurate, timely, and relevant
  • Research SEO keywords, competitor activity, and market trends to guide content planning
  • Create, edit, and optimize digital content to drive organic traffic and audience engagement
  • Support production of articles, guides, videos, newsletters, and campaign content
  • Maintain CMS organization and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
  • Translate EV and hybrid topics into clear, consumer-friendly education content
  • Support conversion funnels and key digital tools with strategic content
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on insights and analytics
  • Support YouTube channel growth through scripting, optimization, and content coordination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social, marketing, creative, and external partners
  • Assist with content needs for events, activations, and other marketing initiatives
