About The Position
Amplify is seeking full-time, seasonal Digital Success Specialists to join our Customer Success team and play a crucial role in launching educators and students into a successful school year. Digital Success Specialists will coordinate with educational personnel to facilitate timely access to Amplify's services and ensure successful product and training implementation. This opportunity is perfect for tech-savvy individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, excel in problem-solving, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This is a contract role. Expected contract duration: Mid July- 09/26/25.
