Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer support role, preferably in the digital technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs and our product offerings.
  • Lead presentations to showcase the value of our solutions and address client needs and objections.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use our services and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, conducting regular check-ins, surveys, and reviews to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings and provide strategic guidance to clients.
