About The Position

As a Digital Strategy Projects and Insights Manager in our U.S. channel team, you will be at the intersection of data-driven decision making and innovative digital initiatives. Your mission is to uncover insights that optimize digital performance, drive conversion, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Apple's reseller partner ecosystem. In addition to generating digital insights, you will lead special digital projects—from implementing growth strategies to piloting AI-driven capabilities—that expand Apple's reach and set new standards in online retail excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in digital account management, e-commerce, CX or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate insights from complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Ascent, SimilarWeb, Stackline, Adobe and Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally involving marketing innovation, AI, or emerging digital technologies.
  • Ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Subject matter expertise in digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, CRM, and On-Site display advertising campaigns.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can be accountable for results without direct control - orchestrating across teams to build and manage complex projects and influence all levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital-first, omni-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner site metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with Stakeholders to inform on performance dashboards to track key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment for digital initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights that influence merchandising, campaign strategies, and digital customer experience.
  • Translate data findings into clear recommendations for internal and external partners.
  • Lead or contribute to high-impact projects, including marketing-driven growth strategies, AI-enabled digital solutions, New Product Introductions, and innovative merchandising programs.
  • Partner with WW and regional teams to test, scale, and operationalize new digital capabilities.
  • Identify emerging tools, trends, and technologies to enhance Apple's digital retail presence.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing, and e-commerce teams to align digital strategies with business priorities.
  • Conduct partner capability assessments and deploy digital maturity frameworks.
  • Share best practices and playbooks tailored to the U.S. market.
