Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, Information Technology, Data Analysis, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategy, product, or application management.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to be clear, concise, and compelling while working with customers and employees.
  • Organizational skills utilizing web-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams with shared files and folders.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in HVAC/chillers is preferred.
  • Experience with business-based systems, such as Oracle, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in managing a team and working across multiple business units/functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Chiller Access Manager feature deployed on numerous chiller products.
  • Act as the feature champion and be accountable for virtually all aspects of the feature.
  • Manage development and sustaining IT resources.
  • Coordinate with local sales and service branches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content.
  • Implement process improvements for the global engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and development.
  • Maintain the overall Chiller Access Manager roadmap and prioritize execution based on customer feedback, sales input, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Review and develop regular data reports and/or dashboards to assess potential issues in Chiller Access Manager.
  • Develop and maintain standard, customer-centric Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with IT support and development teams to address open issues and prioritize an enhancement roadmap.
  • Develop marketing and data-focused initiatives to leverage Chiller Access Manager data for service, warranty, or other related business units.
  • Help with launch and training material as Chiller Access Manager is developed for additional products.
  • Support sales and service with customer calls as needed.
