The Division of Student Affairs seeks a Manager of Digital Strategy & Brand Engagement to serve as a strategic business partner responsible for the marketing and communication functions across the Business and Financial Operations (BFO) units. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Business & Financial Operations, you will contribute through leadership of the integrated marketing strategy for our high-impact units: Housing Services, Dining Services, Facilities & Space Planning, Conference & Event Services, and Pre-College Programs. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio, use cutting-edge analytics, and directly influence student life at Carnegie Mellon University. Working in close partnership with BFO leadership and in direct consultation with University Communications and Marketing for brand compliance and marketing project support and execution, the Manager of Digital Strategy & Brand Engagement is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing and communication plans that promote and support a diverse portfolio of programs and services that enhance the student experience and stakeholder engagement. This includes the creation and coordination of all digital marketing projects, campaigns, and outreach events (e.g., housing application periods and room selection, meal plans, nutritional education, and summer programming). Additionally, the Manager of Digital Strategy & Brand Engagement is charged with maintaining brand consistency, driving customer engagement, and utilizing data analytics to optimize campaign performance. This role also consults with Student Affairs Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment with divisional and central efforts.
