Amazon Games is seeking a Digital Storefront Partnerships Manager to lead the management of our games' digital retail presence across Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Amazon.com. As the primary owner of these storefronts, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail touch points, product offerings, and pricing, working closely with our First Party Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Leads, and other stakeholders across the organization. This position requires a strategic mindset and a detail-oriented approach to ensure that our digital storefronts are optimized for performance and aligned with retail policies and recommendations. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of digital storefronts, ensuring that they are effectively managed and optimized. You will develop and implement processes for storefront updates, including pricing adjustments and promotions, while maintaining up-to-date records of platform requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating promotional discounts across first-party storefronts, ensuring that our offerings are competitive and appealing to customers. Asset coordination is another key responsibility, where you will compile, schedule, and manage the necessary copy, video, and image assets for storefront updates. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Operations & Optimization (O&O), Finance Operations (FinOps), Business Development, Creative, Legal, and Finance. You will also collaborate with the Head of Partnerships and First Party Partnership Manager on partner management, contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews, Partner Meetings, and any additional ad hoc partner events. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, action-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable developing deep expertise in the digital storefront space and able to clearly articulate strategies, requirements, and rationale during leadership and cross-functional reviews. This role is critical to the success of our digital retail strategy and requires a proactive self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
