We are currently seeking a Digital Solutions Senior Sales Executive (Hybrid / Remote in Nashville) to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US). Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services with a strong focus on net-new business development.
  • Proven ability to sell into the C-suite with confidence and credibility.
  • Experience selling digital product design, customer experience and application development services.
  • Experience applying generative AI and similar technologies in a human-centric, design forward manner within Healthcare Provider industry.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach rooted in curiosity, listening, and industry insight.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunities in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, resilient, motivated by building something lasting.
  • Healthcare expertise with understanding of sector-specific challenges, opportunities, and buyer dynamics along with the ability to translate this expertise into a meaningful Point of View for the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition by targeting executives and change agents in the Healthcare Provider sector and beyond.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, leading conversations that connect industry knowledge with Launch's capabilities in digital product and customer experience.
  • Bring a human-first perspective into every engagement—listening deeply, uncovering real business and customer challenges, and co-creating solutions that matter.
  • Partner with Launch's design, product, and engineering experts to translate insights into bold, pragmatic solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring each engagement reflects both the client's needs and Launch's vision for impact.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, always maintaining a focus on outcomes, not transactions.
  • Represent Launch in the market as a thought leader, able to articulate both Healthcare trends and the unique value Launch brings to solving them.
  • Consistently deliver new revenue growth while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
