We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions. ▪The Digital Solutions Manager manages overall resources of the workforce to enable effective operation of the organization/department ▪Guides the team(s) in the analyzing phase of demands and architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and defining solution architecture in line with architecture principles ▪Orchestrates IT solutions from several IT services and ensures efficient and seamless solutions are provided across own local operations and/or external providers Leading holistic development, implementation and operation of the solutions for data, AI and automation use cases that align with the business needs and technical requirements of Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (SHS DX). Bridging the gap between platform requirements and technical implementation teams to ensure proper solution deployment. Publishing and maintaining comprehensive solution architecture concepts and documentation. Providing expert guidance on IT DX Data and AI solution portfolio to inform technology decisions and optimize digital solutions. Championing and collaboratively evolving the organization's vision for solution architecture on data, AI, insights and digital solutions Acting as the senior technical advisor to business stakeholders regarding solution capabilities, limitations, and roadmaps. Collaborating with Governance Services, Domain Enablement and Application Management team within IT DX to derive and implement data and AI use cases and solutions highly beneficial to the DX business. Driving innovation and deploying scalable solutions by leveraging IT COEs, implementation partners, and own implementation capacities to provide enterprise data products, AI, insights, and automation use cases via multiple channels (e.g., APIs, service layers, data visualization, AI agents). Consult to projects and application support groups regarding architecture related concerns and direction, as well as alignment to overall IT strategy Design high level solution architecture based on specific business constraints, requirements and dependencies Ensure compliance to Q, ISEC and DP regulations Is accountable for Project / Service portfolio Manage and allocate resources Managing SLAs with implementation partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution Plan strategic capability Prioritize topic (start/stop) (changes like above) Measure current organizational capability and skill gaps and planning / developing for the future

Responsibilities
