About The Position

As Digital Solutions & Field Training Lead you will own our end-to-end digital toolset and manage the nationwide field training organization. You will ensure our learning platforms and sales configurators drive efficiency and consistency while growing and certifying a high-performing trainer network across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years experience in digital platforms, LMS, CPQ systems, or sales enablement tools
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting sales and/or training organizations
  • Experience administering LMS platforms and digital learning systems
  • Familiarity with product configuration, sizing tools, or technical sales platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable digital solutions
  • Strong leadership skills: setting and tracking KPIs, driving team performance and overseeing daily trainer activities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both in-person and virtual delivery

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of HVAC systems (heat pumps, air conditioning, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Bosch’s LMS and CPQ platforms, ensuring performance, usability, and continuous improvement
  • Support development of digital sales tools (selection, sizing, configuration)
  • Drive system enhancements to improve user experience and adoption
  • Provide technical support for pre-sales activities
  • Ensure tools reflect accurate product capabilities and requirements
  • Translate customer needs into functional tool specifications
  • Support internal teams and partners in using digital platforms
  • Administer LMS (courses, users, certifications, reporting)
  • Support training deployment and onboarding
  • Ensure scalable, consistent digital training delivery
  • Own roadmap for sales and training platforms
  • Drive enhancements based on user needs and market feedback
  • Align platforms with training delivery and business goals
  • Track platform performance and user engagement
  • Provide insights to optimize tools and improve efficiency
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Training teams
  • Act as liaison between technical and commercial teams
  • Support certification tracking and compliance
