About The Position
The Technology solutions architect in Guidehouse's practice will work on technology transformation initiatives. This role involves creating annuity business, initiating new support models, and establishing a structure for recurring revenue. The architect will develop solution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities that work with multiple customers. Collaboration with San Antonio's development facility is essential to build a team that helps co-locate a development team and automate Managed Services functions for clients. The role includes solution building, understanding customer solutions, solution development, and execution planning, guiding monitoring execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomes. The architect will lead business development for technology pursuits and delivery teams on high-impact technology transformation in client engagements, driving business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development. Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding their structure, process, technology, and culture is also a key responsibility, along with facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information and identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients. The architect will effectively leverage project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching, and will lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives.
