About The Position

As a DPS Solutions Architect II, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing digital strategies that deliver measurable business value. You'll be a trusted partner to corporate and clinical stakeholders, helping to align technology capabilities with organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, understands the full lifecycle of information systems, and is passionate about secure, value-driven digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • 10+ Years experience and 3 years in architecture roles, preferred.
  • TOGAF-9, CITA-F, ITIL-F, COBIT-5, CISSP-ISSAP, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Advanced skill to engage and quickly build understanding of the business context in which they are operating.
  • Intermediate knowledge of technologies (past, current, emerging) that support business capabilities within scope of engagement and partnership.
  • Advanced knowledge of information technology design principles and practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of information technology frameworks (ISO, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
  • Advanced diagramming skills (process, component, entity, logical, physical).
  • Intermediate requirements definition and evaluation.
  • Advanced writing, speaking, and presenting skills.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, with emphasis on translating technical topics in business terms.
  • Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational barriers.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage systems securely throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with data governance and security principles.
  • Understand and enforce least privilege and least functionality principles. Recognize and respond to potential security incidents.
  • Collaborate with business partners to surface and shape demand for digital capabilities.
  • Develop strategies that align with value streams and enterprise architecture.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for technology strategy within assigned domains.
  • Build strong relationships across corporate and clinical teams.
  • Contribute to the Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice and report to the Enterprise Architecture Council.
