You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Financial Services (Banking)
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS
• Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on

Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows (e.g., Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets) and pain points
• Architect BPS solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
• Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
• Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
• Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption
