Requirements

  • An interest in technology and problem-solving.
  • Technical capability from your degree such as software engineering
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
  • Natural problem-solvers
  • Commitment to building a career in digital and technology solutions
  • On target for a 2.2 and have a relevant STEM degree such as: Applied Computer Science Computer Engineering Computer Networking Computer Science

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new workflows, forms, integrations, and service catalogue items.
  • Analyse user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Help maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with the internal Service Now Platform & Centre of Excellence team across all modules.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and release cycles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist with platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
