About the position

This Manager, Digital Site Content, will be responsible for developing and executing content plans for the RL App. S/he will be play a vital role in partnering with cross-functional teams in executing the digital strategies to support the business objectives. S/he works as a highly cross functioning team player across numerous internal stakeholders to drive object recommendation and decision making on the RL App.

Responsibilities

  • Support the effort to achieve financial plans of DTC-NA by delivering innovative, personalized creative content, balancing broad brand messaging requirements with platform needs.
  • Support in developing and executing the strategy and content schedule for the RL App based on customer insights, business trends and company priorities in partnership with the digital site content team.
  • Create and manage seasonal Project Briefs (e.g. wireframes, content maps, etc.) working in conjunction with the project management team.
  • Liase with storytelling or app manager for the implementation of any new App digital enhancements.
  • Analyze content data on core KPIs, including traffic patterns, engagement, conversion, pathing behavior, and develop key actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners on the execution of merchandising, branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with internal team to ensure teams, including project management, creative, product and more stay true to and align with the project objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Digital and/or brand marketing experience
  • Strong demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical background and proven record of making metric driven business decisions within an online business
  • Ability to work with key deadlines, think strategically/creatively to solve problems
  • Proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude; a collaborative team player and leader who takes a thoughtful, strategic approach
  • High energy and enthusiasm and ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow through skills
  • Skilled experience in Powerpoint and other Microsoft applications, Airtable and Adobe Analytics and strong aptitude to learn new programs. Familiarity with a CMS is also beneficial.
