This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats. Our capabilities in cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development uniquely enable us to support sensitive missions for the U.S. military and federal agency partners. The candidate must be able to function as the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Subject Matter Expert for our team. The candidate must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and proactively engage in technical decision making to achieve objectives. This individual will be a team player and work well with technical professionals in an agile environment. The position requires the ability to go from a processing model to hardware reality with a multi-discipline team. This position is located onsite WPAFB. No virtual or hybrid is available.
