About The Position
As a Digital Shopper Supervisor at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Omni team and driving club performance. This position requires close collaboration with the Assistant Club Manager to ensure operational efficiencies and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all digital initiatives, including BOPIC (Buy Online Pick Up In Club), Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making among team members. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all team members are trained and engaged, fostering a safe and positive environment for both employees and members. In this role, you will guarantee service excellence through all points of contact, setting service standard expectations for your team. You will lead by example, ensuring that the club meets GOLD Member Standards daily, which includes maintaining a clean and organized environment, stocking perishable areas, and executing promotional plans. You will acquire a deep knowledge of key metrics and reporting for total club and department performance, using this data to drive performance and profitability. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely feedback will be essential in achieving business results and supporting team member engagement. The Digital Shopper Supervisor will also be responsible for processing member purchases efficiently, utilizing handheld scanner devices for order picking, and ensuring that all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements. You will manage and assess team member performance, providing actionable feedback and coaching to develop talent within the Omni team. This position requires a commitment to driving outstanding service to all members and maintaining the company standards regarding service level agreements and goals.
