About The Position

Glanbia Performance Nutrition has a portfolio that includes Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, think!®, and Amazing Grass®. Our product range spans powders, ready-to-drink beverages, bars, and capsules – formats designed for convenience and globally available through e-commerce, specialty retailers, and mass-market channels. Overview: We are hiring for a new role: The Digital Shelf Analyst is responsible for overseeing the digital shelf presence and execution for our retailer partners. As the Digital Shelf Analyst you will be responsible for building relationships with each retail partner to develop a best in class digital shelf strategy that aligns with brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 1-2 years in CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer
  • Experience with content syndication tools such as Salsify and Syndigo is a plus
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce retail basics, traffic and conversion drivers, search, the consumer’s path to purchase journey and Omni channel retailer models

  • Ability to adapt strategies to take advantage of changing consumer and marketplace dynamics through effective use of data and insights
  • Experience in creating analytics frameworks for retail or ecommerce
  • A deep understanding of the ecommerce shopper journey – demand creation through media, demand capture, winning portfolio and demand fulfilment
  • Working knowledge of digital media, search and investment optimization
  • Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage creative requests for brand with creative services ahead of innovation launches, eCommerce optimizations and graphic refreshes.
  • Execute timing of new item setup and product transitions in content syndication tools to ensure accuracy of active catalog
  • Work cross functionally to track NPD and transition timing for new shipments working with cross functional teams
  • Ensure all eCommerce content is accurate and optimized for all retailers
  • Build strategic partnerships with our Ecommerce retailers and Business teams to mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives
  • Lead the digital shelf strategy and content calendar with retail partners and brand teams to drive brand awareness and market share growth
  • Own retailers catalog management, digital content strategy and development, title and bullet point copy, new item set up process, and product page design.
  • Lead Ecommerce content excellence to deliver best in class path to purchase and product display page experience.
  • Share insights and learnings with sales and marketing teams
  • Drive key capabilities – path to purchase understanding, digital shelf, ratings and reviews, A+/ B+ Content, working alongside key partners and agencies
  • Develop and deliver training for wider teams to increase ecommerce base knowledge across organization
  • Support the implementation of new tech including but not limited to PXM/DSA tools
