About The Position

SECNY Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Digital Services Specialist to aid all digital services administrative functions and provide digital service support as an integral team member. This position works cross-departmentally and in tandem with areas such as Marketing, Business Development, Education and Online Marketing, Back Office operations, and the Contact Center.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, design software, project management software, database software, contact management systems, credit union operating system, and Windows software.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learn/know all SECNY digital products and services, their use parameters, capabilities, and benefits.
  • Provide specific administrative and maintenance support for select digital services, including, but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile App, Mobile Deposit, BillPay, TransferNow, Zelle, estatements, Credit Sense, Cardhub, and more.
  • Understand and execute tasks with all digital administrative portals including but not limited to Relationship Manager, PartnerCare, Compass, Website, Extranet, etc.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and assist with digital service training efforts on new products and SECNY U.
  • Create, interpret, and analyze report data for presentation to management, staff, and members.
  • Work with implementation teams to onboard new digital services and administrative portals as assigned.
  • Assist with digital service marketing efforts as assigned.
  • Support various Marketing email campaign efforts including writing/designing emails, testing, compiling reporting, and contact list maintenance, etc.
  • Manage online services usage reports and communicate with members as assigned.
  • Compile periodic reports on all progress with related activities.
  • Assist Director of Education and Online Marketing with social media channels.
  • Assist with other marketing-related projects as needed.
