About The Position

Service Credit Union is seeking a Digital Services Specialist who will be responsible for inbound contact with members related to our digital banking products, and their experience along with it. The Digital Services Specialist will work directly with the contact center staff to be sure that all communication with members is consistent across both teams.

Requirements

  • Must be able to interact with Service CU members via phone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Credit Union policy, procedure, and systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be technologically savvy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-3 years’ related experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of inbound member interactions, and functionality of digital technology.
  • Collaborates with the Assistant Manager, Digital Services to regularly produce idea generation from communications with members.
  • Works directly with home banking/chat vendors to ensure the best experience for Service CU members.
  • Handles tickets/cases to vendors and processors when a member is impacted, with a high-resolution rate.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
