About The Position

The Digital Services Specialist at TowneBank is responsible for the overall operation and member service of the bank's online, mobile, and telephone banking programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert in various digital banking services and acts as a support point for member care teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Back Up for Digital Services Lead
• Act as Online & Mobile Banking subject matter expert (SME)
• Support Personal Financial Management (PFM) as SME
• Provide support for VRU SME
• Assist Digital Services and Towne Member Care teams as an escalation point for questions and issues
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly tasks including pulling and working various reports
• Manage daily paperless/paper statements process
• Handle daily debit card tasks such as PIN reminders and new account retitling
• Process daily deceased member notifications related to online banking
• Review and process SNOW tickets related to online banking/mobile account additions and member profile maintenance
• Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• Cross-train with connected departments, such as Card Services
