About The Position
We are looking for Digital Services Operations Support professional to join our dynamic operations team responsible for managing our cloud software platform. This role involves collaboration with the R&D team to aid in the development of the cloud platform, delivering services to our customers, and monitoring the platform for any incidents. This is a remote position located in the Eastern or Central time zones of the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
