The Digital Service Representative I position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing a variety of cash and check inquiry transactions remotely for members through video sessions. The role involves proactively suggesting appropriate products and services to benefit members. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Assistant Contact Center Manager II/III. The working hours are mid-shift, from 8:30 am to 5 pm on non-Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:45 pm on Saturdays, and 8:45 am to 2:15 pm on specific Saturdays.
